The Importance of Inbound Culture

andrew quinn

When Inbound Organization first launched, Todd and Dan headed to Massachusetts to celebrate the book launch with the folks at HubSpot. While they were there, they did a series of interviews about how Inbound Organization relates to, has impacted, and reflects the state of inbound for those who live and breathe inbound every day.

In this interview, Todd and Dan talked with Andrew Quinn, Vice President of Sales and Productivity and Enablement at HubSpot, about the importance of inbound culture.

Dan: My name is Dan Tyre, co-author the of the Inbound Organization. And who are you?

Todd: Todd Hockenberry, also co-author of the Inbound Organization.

Dan: And who are you?

Andrew: I am Andrew Quinn, Vice President of Productivity and Sales Enablement here at HubSpot.

Dan: Very nice. And, where are we?

Andrew: We are at HubSpot HQ

Todd: And Andrew, tell us why culture is so important to companies today.

Andrew: Culture is incredibly important to companies because culture eats strategy for breakfast. And, in fact, the more aligned your organization is behind what you're trying to do with your customer, the more successful you're going to be. And that is grounded in culture.
